Temporary Files: Temporary video processing files that are automatically deleted after processing
2. Permissions Required
To provide screen recording functionality, SupremeScreenRecorder requires the following system permissions:
2.1 Screen Recording Permission
Purpose: To capture your screen content for creating screen recordings.
Usage: This permission is only used when you actively initiate a recording session. The App cannot and does not record your screen in the background or without your explicit action.
2.2 Microphone Access
Purpose: To record audio commentary alongside your screen recordings.
Usage: Audio recording only occurs during active recording sessions when you have enabled the microphone option. You can disable microphone access at any time in System Preferences.
2.3 Camera Access
Purpose: To enable camera overlay feature for picture-in-picture recording.
Usage: Camera access is optional and only activated when you explicitly enable the camera overlay feature. The camera can be toggled on/off during recording.
2.4 File System Access
Purpose: To save your recorded videos to your chosen location.
Usage: The App only accesses the specific folders you designate for saving recordings.
3. How We Use Your Data
Since SupremeScreenRecorder does not collect or transmit your data, there is no external use of your information. All data processing occurs locally on your device:
Recording: Screen, audio, and camera data are captured and encoded into video files on your Mac
Processing: Video compression and format conversion are performed locally using FFmpeg
Storage: All files remain on your device until you choose to delete or move them
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not share, sell, or transmit your data to any third parties.
SupremeScreenRecorder operates entirely offline and does not communicate with external servers. There are:
No analytics services
No advertising networks
No cloud synchronization

5. Data Security
Your recorded content is protected by the security measures built into macOS:
Local Storage: All recordings are stored on your device's file system with macOS file permissions
User Control: You have complete control over where files are saved and who has access to them

6. Your Rights and Choices

File Management: You can delete, move, or backup your recordings at any time
Preference Reset: You can reset app preferences by deleting the user defaults or reinstalling the App
Complete Uninstall: Uninstalling the App removes all associated files (you may need to manually delete recordings if desired)
7. Children's Privacy
SupremeScreenRecorder does not specifically target children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since the App does not collect or transmit any data, there is no risk of children's data being compromised.
8. Updates to This Policy
