This Privacy Policy explains how SupremePaint ("we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use the SupremePaint macOS application (the "App"). SupremePaint is primarily an offline image editing and painting application. Most image processing is performed locally on your device.
By default, SupremePaint does not require you to create an account and does not collect or store the following types of information on our servers:
While using the App, certain information may be processed on your device or shared with third parties as part of the normal operation of the macOS ecosystem and optional services you may enable.
Your images, projects, and related files are stored locally on your Mac in locations you choose (for example, in your Documents folder or another directory you select). SupremePaint processes this content only to provide editing and drawing features. Unless you explicitly share or sync these files yourself (for example via iCloud Drive, email, or other services), we do not transmit your image content to any server we control.
Depending on your macOS system settings, Apple may collect anonymous diagnostic and usage information about crashes, performance, and feature usage for installed apps, including SupremePaint. This information is governed by Apples own privacy policy and settings. We may access aggregated, anonymized reports provided by Apple to improve stability and performance of the App.
If you contact us for support (for example by email), we may receive and store the information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address, screenshots, sample files, and a description of your issue. We use this information only to respond to your request and improve the App.
Any information we receive is used for the following purposes:
SupremePaint stores your project files and settings locally on your Mac. You are responsible for backing up your data (for example via Time Machine or cloud backup solutions you choose). We recommend that you regularly back up important projects.
When we receive data from you for support purposes, we take reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
SupremePaint may rely on third-party frameworks and services provided by Apple or other vendors (for example, macOS frameworks, graphics libraries, or distribution through the Mac App Store). These third parties may collect their own diagnostic or usage information according to their own privacy policies.
If you choose to use external services together with SupremePaint (for example cloud storage providers, email clients, or social media platforms to which you export your images), the privacy of your data with respect to those services is governed by their respective privacy policies.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, such as the right to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you.
Because SupremePaint generally does not collect personally identifying information or host your content on our own servers, these rights are usually exercised through:
SupremePaint is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can delete it.
SupremePaint may be used by users in different countries. Your local laws may provide specific rights regarding privacy and data protection. We aim to act in a manner consistent with applicable regulations; however, the App itself is designed as an offline tool where data primarily resides on your own device.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or in applicable laws. When we do, we will update the Last updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
