1. Overview

SupremeTextToVoice ("the App") is a macOS application that runs AI-powered text-to-speech models entirely on your Apple Silicon Mac. This Privacy Policy explains what data the App accesses, how it is used, and your rights as a user.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or share:

• The text you enter for speech generation
• Generated audio files
• Voice reference recordings used for voice cloning
• Usage statistics or analytics
• Crash reports or diagnostic data
• Any personally identifiable information

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores the following data exclusively on your Mac, inside the App's sandboxed Application Support directory on your Mac:

• Generation history — text, voice settings, and paths to generated audio files, stored in a local SQLite database.
• Generated audio files — WAV files saved to your chosen output folder.
• Voice reference recordings — audio files you enroll for voice cloning, stored locally.
• Downloaded AI models — model weights downloaded from Hugging Face, stored locally.
• App preferences — settings such as output directory and playback options.

All of this data remains on your device and is never transmitted anywhere.

4. Network Access

The App requires network access only for the following purposes:

• Model downloads — downloading AI model files from Hugging Face (huggingface.co). Only the model repository URL is sent; no personal data is included.
• In-App Purchase — processing purchases through Apple's StoreKit framework. Apple's own Privacy Policy governs this transaction.

No other network requests are made. Text you type and audio you generate never leave your device.

5. In-App Purchases

SupremeTextToVoice offers an optional one-time Pro upgrade processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not handle payment information directly. Apple processes the transaction and notifies the App of the purchase result. We receive only a cryptographically verified receipt confirming whether the purchase was made — no payment details, name, or Apple ID are shared with us.

6. Microphone & File Access

The App does not request microphone access. Voice reference recordings for cloning are provided by you as existing audio files via the standard macOS file picker. The App accesses only the files you explicitly select.

7. Children's Privacy

SupremeTextToVoice is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Because the App collects no personal data at all, there is no special risk to younger users beyond standard App Store age guidelines.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services in a limited capacity:

• Hugging Face — for downloading AI model files. See Hugging Face Privacy Policy.
• Apple StoreKit — for in-app purchase processing. See Apple Privacy Policy.

9. Data Retention & Deletion

All data is stored locally on your device. You can delete any or all data at any time by:

• Deleting individual history entries within the App.
• Removing enrolled voices from the Voices screen.
• Deleting the App, which removes all sandboxed data from your Mac.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
